In Softcare International, All Pharmaceuticals, Devices, and Cosmetics are registered with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) of the Ministry of Health in Sri Lanka. Our regulatory team include experienced, qualified pharmacists who has a sound understanding to fulfil the requirements of the NMRA of Sri Lanka. The team have become experts in the process & strive to obtain speedy product registrations ethically. Our team ensure the Quality of the medicinal products has met the applicable standards of safety, quality, and efficacy. At Softcare International, We ensure that all dossiers meet the requirement for easy evaluations.
Sri Lanka acquires over 1500 pharmaceutical items and 3000 medical devices through its procurement arms – The State Pharmaceuticals Corporation and the Medical Supplies Division. Softcare International follow-up and inform its business partners on the upcoming tenders through our dedicated team who processes past tenders, tender readings, and awards. Suppliers to Government need to go through a pre-qualification process at SPC in addition to mandatory registration of the products by the NMRA. Tender documents sent by the principals will be submitted to the SPC/MSD and will be followed up with the relevant authorities at MOH & SPC.
